Access the Vendor Compliance > Questionnaires tab via the left-side navigation bar. In the 'My Questionnaires' tab, click "+ Create Questionnaire".
Choose the right option "From template".
Then, select a template from your template collection and re(name) the questionnaire. Lastly, click "Create".
