Note that you can only create findings and CAPAs for audits to which you have access to.
How to create findings in an audit claim?
Access the Vendor Compliance > Audits > either Network or your own audits tab in the left navigation bar. Click on the audits name.
In the 'Findings' tab, click "+ Add".
To create a finding, indicate a title, description, urgency and impact area. Click "Create".
How to create CAPAs in an audit claim?
Access the Vendor Compliance > Audits > either Network or your own audits tab in the left navigation bar. Click on the audits name.
In the CAPA tab, click "+ Add New".
To create an action, there are mandatory and optional data fields to be filled. The mandatory ones are marked with "*". Once completed, click "Save".
