Create findings and CAPAs in audits

Note that you can only create findings and CAPAs for audits to which you have access to.

How to create findings in an audit claim?

  1. Access the Vendor Compliance > Audits > either Network or your own audits tab in the left navigation bar. Click on the audits name.

  2. In the 'Findings' tab, click "+ Add".

  3. To create a finding, indicate a title, description, urgency and impact area. Click "Create".


How to create CAPAs in an audit claim?

  1. Access the Vendor Compliance > Audits > either Network or your own audits tab in the left navigation bar. Click on the audits name.

  2. In the CAPA tab, click "+ Add New".

  3. To create an action, there are mandatory and optional data fields to be filled. The mandatory ones are marked with "*". Once completed, click "Save".
