How to create a questionnaire and template?
Access the Questionnaires tab via the Vendor compliance tab in the left navigation bar. To create a reusable template, go into "My templates" and click "+ Create Template". If you want to create "just" a questionnaire from scratch, go into "My Questionnaires" and click "+ Create Questionnaire".

Name your template/questionnaire and click the enabled "Create" button.
Add template/custom questions by either drag and drop them in the designated field or hover over a question and click "Add". Also, if wanted, cluster your questionnaire into sections for more structure. Once finished, save your template by clicking "Save changes".
Note: The questionnaire feature slows down with more than 75 questions. Hence, we strongly recommend to never create questionnaires beyond 75 questions without introducing sections.
Good to Know
Setting the due date
To signal invited companies that the questionnaire has to be completed by a certain date, define a due date for your questionnaire. For this, go into the "Builder" tab of the questionnaire and set the due date. Save the changes.
Sending out reminders
To manually remind companies about incomplete questionnaires, trigger the "Remind all" button in the "Response" tab of your questionnaire. If selected companies shall be reminded, tick the box next to their names first.
Previewing your questionnaire
Wonder how the questionnaire looks from the perspective of an answering company/invited supplier? For this, use the preview button in the "Builder" tab of your questionnaire.
Creating custom questions
Next to template questions, you can create custom questions as well. For this, select the answer type from the right window from the "Custom" section. Once added to your questionnaire, you must add a question title, and can also add a description, mark the question as mandatory and attach a file if needed.
Collecting certificates, documents, audits
From the "Custom" section, select certificates, documents and/or audits accordingly. Once added, select all possible answers proofs from the dropdown.
Inviting suppliers to your questionnaire
Inviting companies to your questionnaire can be done via the "Builder" mode > "Invite companies" button,
Or via the "Response" tab > "Invite companies" button of your questionnaire
Before doing so, make sure that your suppliers have been added to your network to be able to be selected.
