Introduction
On retraced, a questionnaire allows companies to get to know their partners better. Through a questionnaire, companies will be asked questions relating to both basic (e.g. facility processes, production capacity) and compliance (certifications, audits, documents). By that a company's compliance foundation is built.
Most information provided in the assessments will also automatically populate in a company profile. Hence we suggest to start your retraced journey by creating (applicable to retraced clients)/answering (applicable to partners of retraced clients) questionnaires.
The information uploaded to these assessments also automatically updates your profile. For example, if a question asks for a signed code of conduct, it will appear under the your company’s documents after being uploaded.
Where to find the questionnaire feature?
The Questionnaire feature can be accessed via the Vendor compliance tab in the left navigation bar. The landing page is structured in three tabs being:
"My Questionnaires" refers to the questionnaires that you have created.
"Requests" refers to the questionnaires to which your own company has been invited to meaning that you are the answering company.
"My Templates" refers to the templates that you have created. These templates can be used to create a questionnaire without the need to create one from scratch.
