Reviewing your questionnaires

There are multiple ways to review the answers submitted by your network. Find out about the options below.


Via the active task notification dashboard

  1. In the active task overview, click "Start review" for the respective notification.

  2. Go through each question by clicking on each and either reject (click "Deny") or approve (click "Approve") the submitted answer.

    Note that if an answer is approved the bar will turn green, while it turns red if the answer is denied. Latter will trigger a notification for the answering company.

    In case, you choose to reject an answer, you may add a comment for the answering company to explain why. For this, click "Comment", add your comment and click "Send". Subsequently, the answering company will get notified.


Via the Response > Summary tab

  1. Access the respective questionnaire via the left navigation bar.

  2. Go into the "Response" tab of the questionnaire.

  3. Scroll down to the "Progress by company" section.

  4. Click the "View" button of the company that has submitted its answers.

  5. Go through each question by clicking on each and either reject (click "Deny") or approve (click "Approve") the submitted answer.

    In case, you choose to reject an answer, you may add a comment for the answering company to explain why. For this, click "Comment", add your comment and click "Send". Subsequently, the answering company will get notified.


Changing status after finishing the review

After you have finished reviewing all responses for a questionnaire, you have two options: While on the questionnaire review page, click on the status button labeled "In review" (next to the questionnaire title) and choose:

  • Mark as completed: This changes the status of this questionnaire request to "Complete" and locks it from further reviews.

  • Finish review and request changes: This sends a notification to the answering company, changes the status of the request to "Change Requested" and unlocks the response form, so that the answering company can change their answer(s). Once they made the change, they re-submit the questionnaire response so that you can review the new answers.


Sync data

If you would like to transfer the approved data to the assessed company's profile, click "Sync profile data" next to the progress bar. This will update the company profile based on the provided answers.

Note that if a supplier updates their profile in the future, your own supplier profile will not be updated nor will you be notified about changes. In case, you would like to have an update, you can do so by sending out another questionnaire and based on that update your own supplier profile.
