Like your client has invited you as a collaborator, you can invite your own supplier(s) for collaboration as well. However, note that only companies that have active users can be invited as collaborators. You can easily identify such case by looking at a node that has a white hand shake icon (= invite as a collaborator) enabled.
Before sending out the request, add a personalized message or further instructions or information on what the collaborator needs to do/provide as part of the invitation. Once done, click "Send invitation".
Consequently, the icon will change to a clock (=invited as a collaborator). However, your request has not been accepted yet. Once your request for collaboration has been accepted, the icon turns into a green hand shake icon (= collaborator).
To save time, bulk inviting collaborators is possible via "X collaborators" in the top menu. However, note that only companies are eligible for being collaborators if there are active users and if those are not collaborators yet.
For this, click "Invite collaborators" and select all companies that should be invited to collaborate. In the last step, write a message additionally to the invitation.
