To better manage and keep an overview of your questionnaire's progress, you can look at the progress dashboard which is accessible via the questionnaire's response > summary tab. The progress is visualized by questionnaire, question and company.
Specifically for the progress by company, there are four states. Those are:
OPEN means that the questionnaire is currently in the answering phase
IN REVIEW means that the questionnaire has been submitted/completed by the invited company and is open for review now
CHANGE REQUESTED means that the assessing company is requesting changes from the invited company
COMPLETED means that all answers have been reviewed/approved and the questionnaire is marked as done
