The facility process of your network partner or your own company may change over time or have been wrongly set. This step-by-step guide explains how to edit the facility process(es) in your own company profile.
How to update the facility process?
1. Of your own company
Access your own company profile via the company name in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
In the General Information > About tab, scroll down until the data field Facility processes and click it.
Remove or add facility processes.
Scroll up and click the save changes button.
2. Of your network partner
Access the network partner company profile via the Network tab in the left navigation bar.
Follow the same steps (starting from Step 2) as described above.
