Note that approved and valid certificates of your own company and suppliers may trigger certain badges automatically making manual badge claiming redundant.
How to claim product badges?
Go to the 'Products' tab in the left navigation bar.
Click the respective product name for which a badge should be claimed.
Click the 'Badges' tab.
Select a badge by clicking the 'Claim now' button.
Select evidence and the company.
Click the '+ Create claim' button. Once you have submitted the selected certificate, we will review it. If approved, the badge will be awarded to the product. Note that audits do not trigger any badges!
Important to know:
only if you have a manually claimed and approved badge for your company it is shown in the widget. However, if you want to claim badges for your suppliers, note that the manually claimed and approved badges for suppliers are not taken into account in the end consumer communication, only the automatically triggered ones.
your suppliers are unable to see their awarded badges and to claim badges for your products
if you do not see badges via the QR code or in your webshop, you may need to recalculate all your badges based on the status of all (network) certificates and proofs.
