Learn how to recalculate your product and company badges in case new proofs have been uploaded.
How to recalculate product badges?
Method 1
Go to the ?Products? tab in the left navigation bar.
Click on the ?Recalculate all product badges? icon.
Method 2
Go to your own user profile by selecting it under the dropdown-menu in the top right corner of your company name.
Click the 'Settings' tab in your profile.
Click the 'Recalculate Badges" button.
That's it! All of your products will be updated with their badges based on your uploaded proofs and claims. Check them out by going to a product page and going to the Badges tab.
Method 3
Alternatively, you also have the option to individually recalculate badges for a particular product.
Go to the 'Products' tab in the left navigation bar.
Click on the product you would like to re-calculate the badges for.
Click on the 'Badges' tab.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the 'Recalculate badges' button.
