An order is considered complete when all of the following conditions are met:
1. Coverage is achieved
The Coverage reaches 100%
Or the covered quantity is equal to or greater than the required quantity
👉 Example:
2500 / 2500→ Complete2000 / 1500→ Also considered complete
2. All required documents are uploaded
The Collected Evidence shows all required files (e.g.
1/1,2/2)No missing documents
3. Documents are correctly matched
Files are matched to the correct:
PO
Product(s)
Quantity
Certification standard
4. Submitted for review
The order has been submitted using Submit for Review
Status changes to In Review
🔄 Final step: Customer validation
Even after submission:
The task is only fully completed after customer review and approval
The status will move from:
To Do → In Review → Completed
