The Audit Compliance Report aims to give you a clear view of audit activity across your supplier network. It helps you track audit coverage, spot risks early, and measure progress over time.
⚠️ This report only includes audits from your suppliers. Audits conducted on your own company are not shown. Audits that are past their next planned audit date are considered “expired” and also excluded.
How to Access the Report
Click on the 'Reports' folder in the navigation bar on the left.
Select 'Audit Compliance' from the list.
Troubleshooting: If you don’t see this in your navigation bar, check with your Customer Success Manager.
This guide will help you interpret the key statistics in the report and utilize its features effectively.
Filtering Options
Filters at the top of the report apply to all data and tables on the page. These filters save automatically and will remain for when you return to the page.
Refine your view to what matters most:
Supplier: Select specific suppliers from your network.
Collaboration Status: For instance Active, Onboarding, Ended. By default we filter for audits from suppliers who are “Active”, "Approval pending", “"Approved”, “Onboarding” or “Pending”.
Facility Processes: Filter based on the type of activity from your suppliers.
Country: Filter based on supplier location.
Audit Standard: Filter by specific Audit standards
How to Apply Filters
Click a filter dropdown.
Select one or more options.
Click the 'Apply' button to refresh results and keep filters for future visits.
💡 Multi-selection is supported in all dropdown filters. When adding multiple filters within one dropdown, the report will return results that match either of your filter criteria.
And when using multiple filters, results shown match all filters.
Key Metrics
Start with a high-level overview of your audit landscape:
Total Audits
Tracks how many audits were added by your network partners. The Total Audits doesn't include expired Audit reports.% of Suppliers with an Audit
Measures the percentage of suppliers in your network having at least one valid audit report uploaded on Retraced. If they have uploaded multiple audits only one is taken into account.⛓️💥For technical reasons, when you filter by audit type the % of suppliers with the audit is deactivated. If this feature is important for you, please let us know and we'll modify it.
Upcoming Audits
Indicates the number of audits scheduled for the next month (30 days) in your network, based on the “Next Planned Audit Date”.
Audits Historic Data
The Audits Historic Data displays historical trends based on the selected timeframe. The results are influenced by both the global filters applied across the dashboard and the specific timeframe chosen for this specific section.
Audit by Standard
See which audit standards are most commonly applied across your network:
The pie chart highlights the top 5 standards used, plus an “Other” category.
Each slice shows
The number of audits in your network per standard
What percentage they represent.
Audit by Type
Get a sense of audit coverage across categories:
The pie chart shows audits by type: Social, Environmental, Chemical, and Combined.
It only includes audits active during the selected timeframe. This means the audit must have been active (unexpired) at any point within the timeframe, including ones that have since expired
Each slice shows
The number of audit reports in your network per category
The associated percentage they represent
Audit Findings by Urgency
Audit findings by Urgency displays the number of findings of this urgency from the audits of your network. If no urgency has been set in the audit finding it is excluded here.
Understand how critical your findings are:
Categories include Extreme, High, Medium, Moderate, and Low
Based only on findings in the selected timeframe
If there’s no data, check if you need to adjust your filters or add findings to Retraced from your audits.
Comparison of Audit Findings - by Impact Area
In this table, you can find a summary of your Audit findings by Impact Area.
The Audit Findings by Impact Area table displays: Impact Area, Current Period, and Previous Period
In the top-right corner of the table, you can choose raw numbers ("Absolute") and percentages.
It shows findings at the most granular level—no grouping or summaries
