Report Statistics & Metrics
Purchase Orders
Displays only direct purchase and sales orders where your company is listed as buyer or seller. Includes:
One step upstream for purchase orders.
One step downstream for sales orders.
Indirect orders beyond this range are not included.
Companies Involved
Shows the total number of companies participating in your supply chain within the selected timeframe.
This provides an overview of the network size and helps you assess how many suppliers and buyers are engaged in your traced operations.
Average File Completion Rate
Represents the unweighted average of how many mandatory documents were uploaded across all POs in the selected timeframe.
Example:
PO 1: 2 required docs, 1 uploaded → 50%
PO 2: 1 required doc, 1 uploaded → 100%
Average = (50% + 100%) / 2 = 75%
👉 This calculation is an unweighted average, meaning it does not take into account the number of required documents per order.
Average Tracing Depth
Shows how far POs were traced within your supply chain during the selected timeframe, using Retraced’s classification system.
👉 Retraced's classification of tracing depths may differ from your internal tracing depth categorization.
This provides insight into the extent of visibility and traceability you have achieved for your orders.
Traced Purchase Orders over Time
This time-based chart shows trends in the total number of traced POs.
Only includes direct purchase and sales orders (1 step upstream/downstream).
Helps identify trends, improvements or drops in tracing activity over time.
Tracing Funnel
Visualizes how deep your tracing reaches into the supply chain. It considers:
The deepest tracing level reached per PO.
All intermediate levels, regardless of whether POs were created for them.
Example:
If a Tier 2 supplier orders from a Tier 4 supplier, the funnel counts Tier 3, even if no PO was created for a Tier 3 supplier.
💡 Only one instance per depth is recorded, avoiding double-counting. For example, if a Tier 4 supplier makes a purchase from another Tier 4 supplier to help them fulfill an order, the funnel will record just one instance.
👉 Tracing depth is based on Retraced’s classification system and may differ from your internal terms.
Suppliers Location Statistics
Includes a map and pie chart showing the primary locations of suppliers.
Based on the location set in each supplier’s profile.
Helps visualize regional supplier distribution.
🌍 This helps assess supplier concentrations in different regions, ensuring that your supply chain remains diverse and resilient.
