A request can be either accessed via the notifications or directly via the left navigation bar. For the latter, choose the "Traceability" tab and select "Supply Chain Mapping" where all mapping requests are listed.
Tip: You can easily identify those by checking the Collaboration Rights column. Focus on those marked as "Collaborator".
Click the "View" button of the supply chain. Once you have accessed a supply chain map, it is time to respond to your client's mapping request. Follow this guide to learn how to manage such a request.
