Why are there two different tabs in the comment section?
Comments are an essential function to communicate in a collaborative task management. As the CAPA feature allows not only users to collaborate but different companies, we made sure that communication is possible externally and internally for companies:
Collaborating Tab: Comments in the collaborating tab are visible to all users of all companies collaborating on the CAP, CA and PA.
My own company: Comments in this tab are only visible to users of my company.
In both tabs you have all the necessary comment functions:
Create: Users can send their comments to other users
Edit: Users can correct mistakes or adjust their input.
Delete: Users can delete comments in case they need to. A deleted comment will still show up in the history.
Reply: Users can directly reply to another comment.
Sorting: Comments can be sorted after newest or oldest first.
