Why can't I create CAPAs?

This article explains the different payment plans for our CAPA Feature.

Updated over a week ago

Our CAPA feature has different access levels depending on which plan your company is on.

Which CAPA plans are available?

  • CAPA Collaboration
This plan is free. We want to ensure that as soon as a company is added to a CAP, CA or PA as a responsible company, they can access these actions. We automatically switch the feature on, so they are ready to collaborate.

❗In the CAPA Collaboration plan, the creation of CAPs, CAs and PAs is disabled.

  • CAPA Basic
This plan is the basic version of our CAPA feature. With it, users are able to do everything to effectively manage their CSDD.

  • CAPA Advanced
The advanced version of our CAPA enables users to actively add more collaborators on top of all the basic functions.

What is the advantage of CAPA Advanced?

The CAPA can easily be used for CSDD Task management only for my own company. For example, a company can manage the creation LkSG report to the BAFA manage through our retraced CAPA.

However, the true strength lies in its collaborative structure, in the ability to assign network companies as responsible. In the CAPA Advanced plan, users can also add further collaborators from the network. This is helpful in the following cases:

  • Supply chains are managed through vendors who also take over the CAP Management

  • Brands do audits at the same supplier and decide to combine their workforces and lessen the workload for everyone involved and do only one collective audit. The CAP could then also be managed in one shared CAP in retraced
