The times of requesting information on your upstream suppliers via email and phone is over. From now on, you can directly request & share supplier networks to explore your supply chains via retraced.
How to request network access from your network partner?
Option 1: Via supplier profile
Head over to your supplier network overview via the network tab in the left navigation bar.
Click on the company whose supplier information you would like to have access to.
Click 'Network' tab within the network partner's company profile.
Click on 'Request' and then on 'Confirm' to inform your supplier of your request. The supplier will be notified and can chose which of their suppliers they would like to share with you.
Option 2: via bulk request
Head over to your supplier network overview via the network tab in the left navigation bar.
(Multi) select all companies by ticking the box next to the company name. If you want to request the network from all of your network partners, tick the box next to "Image".
Click the enabled bulk "Request supplier network" icon.
Click "Send request".
How to connect to shared companies?
Option 1: Via supplier profile
Whenever access to new supplier profiles has been granted, you will be notified. The network tab of the network partner will give you an overview of all the companies the supplier has shared with you. If you want to add them to your own network, simply click on 'Connect as supplier'.
Option 2: Via shared suppliers overview
For a complete view of all shared companies, head to the supplier network overview and click on the 'Shared suppliers' tab. This table also allows you to connect to these companies to add them to your own supplier network.
