When a question asks for a document, certificate or audit, you can link one you’ve already uploaded or upload a new one.
Start the same way for all three
Under Your answer, click + Add below the requested document type, standard or audit type.
Choose an existing file, or click Create new to upload a new one.
Documents
Click Create new, add your file and click Continue.
In Map document, the document type is already set from the question. Click the name if you want to rename it, then click Save.
Signed documents: If the question asks for a signed document, first click the download icon to get the document from your customer. Sign it, then upload it as described above.
Certificates
Click Create new and, in Create certification, select the standard the question asks for.
Click Continue and upload the certificate (PDF, PNG or JPG, max. 20 MB).
Fill in the certificate details: issue and expiration date, document and license number, issuing body and an optional explanation.
Click Create & Request, then Save.
Retraced reviews every new certificate before it’s approved.
Audits
AI audit upload isn’t available inside a questionnaire. To use it, first upload the audit on the Audits page (see Uploading audits by using the AI Audit Upload), then come back and select it as an existing audit.
To upload without AI:
Click Create new, select the audit type and add the audit file (PDF, XLSX or DOCX, max. 20 MB).
Click Continue and add the audit details, such as audit date and reference number.
In the Review step, click Create audit.
After adding a file
Your answer is saved and shows Answered, not submitted. Use Change to pick another file or Unlink to remove it. Your customer only sees your answer after you submit the questionnaire.
