Filter and customize tables

Learn how to filter, sort and customize the tables on the Questionnaires, Documents, Audits and Certifications pages.

In Vendor Compliance, the Questionnaires, Documents, Audits and Certifications pages show your data in a table. All of these tables work the same way. You’ll find the Sort and Filter buttons and the settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner above the table.

Filter a table

  1. Click Filter, choose a column on the left and enter or select a value.

  2. You can also click the funnel icon in a column header to filter by that column.

Active filters are shown as chips above the table. Click the x on a chip to remove the filter.

Sort a table

The table is always sorted by one column. The current sorting is shown above the table, for example Sort: Name ↑.

  • Click Sort and choose the column to sort by, for example name, company name or expiration date.

  • Or click a column header with the arrow icon. Click again to switch between ascending and descending.

What you can filter on each page

The filters depend on the columns of each table. Here are the most useful ones:

Questionnaires

Open the Requests tab to see the questionnaires your customers sent you. You can filter by Questionnaire Name, Requested By (the customer who sent it) and About (the company the questionnaire is about). The State, Questions and Progress columns show how far each questionnaire is, and overdue due dates are shown in red.

Documents

Use the tabs to switch between Documents, Request Access and Archived. You can filter by Company Name, Internal Company Code, Notes, Document Name and Type, for example to see the documents of a specific company in your network. The Privacy Status column shows who can see each document.

Audits

Use the tabs to switch between Audits for <your company> and Network audits. You can filter by Type, Facility Processes, Reference Number, Facility Score, Audited By, Tier Level, Collaboration Status, Country, Internal Code and Notes. To see audits you’ve archived, switch from Active to Archived above the table.

Certifications

You can filter by Company Name, Internal Company Code, Type, Notes, Document Number, License Number and Status, for example to see only approved or rejected certificates. Expired certificates are easy to spot: their expiration date is shown in red, and a renew icon appears in the Actions column. Use Export to export the certificate list.

Show, hide and arrange columns

Click the gear icon to open the column settings. Every column in the list has three controls:

  • Eye icon: Show or hide the column. Use Hide all to hide all columns at once.

  • Pin icon: Freeze the column on the left, so it stays visible while you scroll sideways, similar to freezing panes in Excel.

  • Dotted handle: Drag the column up or down to change its position in the table.

Below the column list, you can also change the layout of the table:

  • Density: Choose Compact, Comfortable or Relaxed rows.

  • Show grid lines: Turn grid lines on or off.

  • Reset: Restore the default column order, column widths or your saved view.

Changes apply right away and work the same way on all Vendor Compliance pages.

Rows per page

At the bottom of the table, you can see how many entries there are and choose how many Rows to show per page. Use Previous and Next, or the page numbers, to move between pages.
