How to upload a document

  1. Go to Vendor Compliance → Documents and click Create new documents.

💡 Shortcut: You can also drop a file directly into the document table to upload it.

  2. Under Company, select the company you’re uploading the document for. Usually this is your own company.

  3. Under Upload documents, add one or more files (max. 100 MB each) by dragging them into the field or clicking Choose file…. Click Continue.

  4. In Map document, click + Assign next to Type and select the document type. You can type to search. If a type is missing, request it via this form. See the Document types directory for all available types.

  5. The document name is taken from the file name. To change it, click the name, enter a new one and click Save in the pop-up.

  6. Leave Public switched off to keep the document private, or switch it on to make it visible to your whole network. Click Save.

Making a document public can’t be undone. If you’re not sure, keep it private. You can still share it with selected companies or make it public later. See Privacy and sharing of documents.

  7. A message confirms the upload and the dialog is ready for the next file. Click Cancel to close it. Your document now appears in the document list.
