As a brand, Retraced helps you easily identify which suppliers in your network have an SLCP Assessment available in the SLCP Gateway. You can then request that these suppliers download their assessment into Retraced and share it with you.
Step 1: Open the “SLCP Network Companies” Tab
Go to the SLCP Assessments section in Retraced.
Open the new tab labeled “Network Companies with SLCPs.”
This tab lists all your network companies that:
Have a valid SLCP ID, and
Are connected to you as a supplier.
Step 2: Review the Supplier Table
In this tab, you’ll see a table with key details about your suppliers:
Company Name
Last Request Date → when you last requested an SLCP Assessment from this supplier
Last Shared Date → when the supplier last shared an SLCP Assessment with you
At the top of the page, you may also see a KPI box showing the # of Companies with SLCP ID in your network.
Step 3: Request SLCP Assessments
Select one or multiple suppliers from the table.
Click the Request Access button.
What happens next?
If the SLCP feature is not enabled for your subscription, a modal will appear with the following message:
No Access to Feature
“You have # companies in your network that have an SLCP ID. The feature is not yet part of your subscription. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get access to the data!”
If the SLCP feature is enabled, a notification is sent to the selected suppliers (both in-app and via email). The notification details are:
Title: New SLCP Assessment Sharing Request
Body: Dear User Name, Brand Company Name would like to request access to your latest SLCP Assessment. If you have one, please download it from the SLCP Gateway and share it with them on the platform. Please follow the instructions below for a step-by-step guide.
Step 4: Supplier Next Steps
Once suppliers receive your request, they will:
Download their most recent assessment from the SLCP Gateway into Retraced.
Share the assessment with you directly through the platform (see How to Share an SLCP Assessment for details).
Example Workflow
You open the SLCP Network Companies tab.
You see 25 suppliers with SLCP IDs but only 5 who have shared assessments before.
You select the remaining 20 suppliers and click Request Access.
Those suppliers receive a notification and are guided to download and share their assessment with you.
