Sharing your SLCP assessment in Retraced makes it easier to collaborate with brands and other partners in your network. Here’s how you can do it.

Where to find the share button?
In the navigation bar on the left, go to Vendor Compliance > SLCP.
Click on the SLCP assessment you'd like to share.
In the top-right corner, click on the Share button.
Using the Sharing Menu
When you click Share, a pop-up opens with three tabs:
Share with: lists the companies you can share the assessment with.
Shared with: lists the companies who already have access to this assessment.
Access requested: lists all companies that have requested access to this assessment.
Step 1: Search for Companies
Under the Share with tab, select the companies you want to share the assessment with.
Step 2: Share the Assessment
After selecting one or more companies, click the Share button.
The pop-up will close automatically and the assessment is shared if the selected companies have the SLCP feature enabled in their account.
Once shared:
The assessment status changes to Shared.
Selected companies can view the assessment in:
Their SLCP tab in Retraced.
Your company profile’s SLCP tab in their network view.
Step 3: Check Sharing Status
Go to the Shared with tab to see which companies already have access.
You can remove access at any time by unselecting a company.
💡 Sharing your assessment with companies gives them visibility but not any editing rights.
