Examples can include:
which companies have been linked to which supply chain?
who linked companies?
which companies have been removed from which supply chain?
who removed companies?
who updated the facility process(es) of which company?
what are the new facility process(es) of that company?
In case, you would like to investigate changes made in a specific supply chain, use the filter functionality.
