Uploading an audit

Click the requested audit type below "Answer".

Now, you can either choose an existing audit that has been uploaded previously or you will have to upload a new audit. Within the questionnaire the audit AI functionality is NOT available. If you want to use it, please first upload the audit in the audit page. If you prefer to stay in the questionnaire, please add the required audit information manually (such as audit date, reference number), and the audit file in the designated fields.
