Learn how to easily change your answers in an assessment.

When would an answer needed to be changed?

There are three scenarios which would require the previously submitted/pulled answer to be changed. The cases are:

  1. Your company information has changed after submission.

  2. Your company information that has been pulled from your company profile is outdated.

  3. The submitted answer has been rejected by your client and needs to be revised.

If you have clicked the final submission button, the assessment is locked and changes are no longer possible. In this case, inform your client to reject the previously submitted answer so that you can make changes again.

How to change an answer in an assessment?

  1. Click the Assessments tab in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the assessment name.

  3. Click the respective question.

  4. Click the 'Change answer' button and edit your answer. However, if you have changed your mind and do not want to make any changes, click the 'Cancel change' button.

  5. Click the "Submit" button.
