How to submit an order for review

Once you have uploaded all required Transaction Certificates (TCs) and checked the details, submit the order to your customer for review.

📍 Step 1: Open the order

  1. In the left menu, go to Traceability → Certified Materials.

  2. Click the Order No to open the order details.

🔍 Step 2: Check the order before submitting

Before you submit, make sure that:

  • the order is fully covered: the covered quantity is equal to or greater than the ordered quantity. It must not be lower.

  • all required documents are uploaded and none are missing.

  • the documents match the correct PO, product(s), quantity and certification standard.

  • the documents are clear and readable, with no incorrect or duplicate uploads.

Important: The Submit for review button is available even if the order isn’t fully covered yet. Only submit once the order is fully covered and you have checked that everything is correct.

📤 Step 3: Submit for review

  1. Click Submit for review in the top-right corner of the order details.

  2. Your customer is notified that the order is ready to review.

🔄 Step 4: What happens after you submit

The button changes to Submitted for review and the order status changes from In Progress to In Review. This means your customer is now reviewing your documents.

While the order is in review, you can’t make changes. Your customer reviews your documents and then either:

  • marks the order as done: the status changes to Completed, or

  • changes the status back to In Progress if something needs to be fixed, for example a missing or incorrect document.

Check the status of your submitted orders regularly. If an order is back in In Progress, update your documents and submit the order again. See How to respond to requests and upload TC documents for how to upload a new version.

💡 Tips

  • Only submit when the order is fully covered and all documents are complete.

  • Double-check coverage and document matching before submitting.

  • Correct data the first time saves you and your customer back-and-forth.
