You can manage your audits on Vendor Compliance → Audits or on the Audits tab of your company profile (click your company name in the top-right corner).
The Audits page has two tabs:
Audits for <your company>: All audits of your own company, whether you uploaded them yourself or another company uploaded them for you.
Network audits: The audits of other companies in your network that you have access to, such as your suppliers.
Open an audit
Click the audit name, or click the eye icon in the Actions column. The audit page has these tabs:
Overview: The audit details, such as type, privacy status, reference number, audit date, auditing company, next planned audit and facility score, plus a summary of the findings. For audits read by AI, you also see an AI summary of the report.
Audit content, Findings, CAPA and Score & evaluation: More details about the audit results.
The CAP File and Audit Report columns of the audit list show which files are attached to each audit.
Fill in missing audit details
If a detail is missing, for example the Reference Number or Facility Score, the audit list shows + Assign in that column. Click + Assign to add the missing information directly in the list.
Find previous versions of an audit
When an audit expires and you upload a new audit of the same type for the same company, the old audit is archived automatically. It isn’t lost: you can still view it in the Version history of the new audit.
To see it, open the new audit and scroll down to Version history on the Overview tab. It lists the previous versions of the audit with their audit date, next planned audit date and auditing company.
Share an audit
Open the audit, then click Share in the header.
You can also click View permissions in the Privacy Status column of the audit list, or next to Privacy status on the audit’s Overview tab.
In Share with companies, tick the companies you want to share the audit with and click Share. Use Selected first to see your selection at the top.
The Shared with tab lists the companies with access, who shared it and when. Companies asking for access are listed under Access requests, where you can approve them with Approve selected.
Change the next planned audit date
The Next Planned column reminds you when your next audit is due. Dates shown in orange are coming up soon, and dates shown in red are overdue. You can change the date in two ways:
In the audit list, click the date in the Next Planned column and set a new one.
Or open the audit and, on the Overview tab, click the pencil icon next to the Next planned audit date.
Archive audits
In the audit list, tick the audits you want to archive.
Click Archive in the bar above the table and confirm.
You can archive any audit. Archiving only hides it from your own view, not from other companies. To see archived audits, switch from Active to Archived above the table.
Unarchive audits
Archived audits aren’t deleted. You can restore them at any time:
Switch from Active to Archived above the table.
Tick the audits you want to restore. You can select one or several at once.
Click Unarchive in the bar above the table.
Unarchived audits are shown again in the Active view.
