Linking Purchase Order and Sales Order

Here you can find out how you can link a Sales Order to a Purchase order within the Order Tracing Feature.

How to link PO and SO?

There are two ways to link your orders.

❕You can only link orders that use the same attachment template.

1. Through the Order Overview

  1. Go to Traceability → Orders and open the Sales Orders tab.

  2. In the Linked POs column of the sales order, click Link PO (or Link More if a PO is already linked).

    You can also start from the purchase order: on the Purchase Orders tab, click the Link SO icon in the Actions column.

  3. In the panel, search by PO number and click Link next to the purchase order. You can link as many POs as you need to one SO.

2. Through bulk linking
