An order is considered complete when all of the following conditions are met:

The Coverage reaches 100%, or the covered quantity is equal to or greater than the required quantity.

The Collected Evidence shows all required files (e.g.
1/1,2/2) with no missing documents.Documents are correctly matched
Files are matched to the correct PO, product(s), quantity, and certification standard.
Submitted for review
The order has been submitted using Submit for Review and the status has changed to In Review.
🔄 Final step: Customer validation
Even after submission, the task is only fully completed after customer review and approval. The status will move from:
In Progress → In Review → Completed

The Coverage column shows how much of the total PO quantity is covered by your uploaded documents.
Format: Covered Quantity / Total Quantity

A progress bar helps visualize the status:
⚪ Grey → No coverage
🟡 Yellow → Partial coverage

⚠️ Common coverage issues to watch out for
Coverage is not complete — Coverage is less than 100% (e.g.
0 / 450,750 / 1500). This indicates missing TC documents.Warning in Collected Evidence — A ⚠️ icon (e.g. ⚠️
TC:1) means not all required files have been uploaded.Coverage shows orange — Your covered quantity exceeds the required quantity, which may indicate a mismatch. Review your documents to confirm.
AI Validation status marked as "Needs review" — The AI identified content mismatching or missing values in your uploaded documents. Review and correct the affected files before submitting.

Uploading documents alone does not complete the task
