This guide explains step-by-step how you can save time by attaching the same documents to many orders at once.
How to upload the same document to multiple orders in bulk?
First, access the Sales/Purchase Orders tab via 'Orders' in the Traceability tab in the left navigation bar.
Then, multiselect all orders to which the same documents shall be attached to by ticking the box next to the View button of those orders.
Click the enabled last button (='Attach documents to orders') above the order overview table.
Now, upload all documents by clicking the 'Upload files' button. Note that if the document has been attached successfully, a green tick will appear next to the document type name.
Lastly, confirm the submission by clicking 'Submit [Name of the tracing template]'.
