What are the different notification options?

Real-time notifications

Instant in-app and email alerts and updates as the event occurs, including the status of your claim certificate, shared audits, or assessment updates. This allows you to stay informed and respond immediately.

Daily notifications

Receive your notifications on a daily basis regarding your certificates nearing their expiry date or upcoming planned audits.

💡If daily notifications are too frequent, we highly suggest keeping the real-time notifications option to remain updated on incoming requests. Alternatively, you can stay up to date on via your dashboard activity feed.

How to (de)activate notifications?

  1. Go to your profile by clicking 'My Profile' in the drop-down menu in right-hand corner.

  2. Click the 'Settings' tab next to the 'Overview' tab.

  3. Scroll down to 'Notifications settings' and toggle on/off the buttons on the right for the respective notification. (To make sure if you change the setting button, need to save the changes)
