How to connect to another supplier/client profile?

It is possible that the companies you are working with and that you would like to add to your network already exist on our platform, so the first step is to search for them:

  1. Click on the 'Network' tab in the side navigation bar.

  2. Then click on the '+ Add' icon.

  3. Enter the company name and click on 'Search' to identify if the profile already exists on the platform. Please make sure you're searching for the full official company name first, and then try out an acronym or abbreviation.

  4. Go through all the pages of potential matches with your search. If found in the list, hover over 'Connect' and define whether the company is your client or your supplier.

  5. Click once more on 'Connect', and if successful a green message box will appear with the message 'Company has been linked'.

What to do if you can’t find the required company?

  1. Scroll down below the list of existing companies and click on 'Couldn't find the company you're looking for?' to create a new company profile for them.

  2. Ensure you have input the exact official name, as well as their facility processes (as many as apply) and the country they are located in.

  3. Then, select whether they are a supplier or client of yours.

  4. Click on the 'Create' button and watch your network grow!

How to unlink from another company/supplier profile?

  1. Select the company under the 'Network' tab. Click on the company that you would like to unlink and remove from your network.

  2. Click on 'Unlink' in the right bottom corner in the company header box.

3. Confirm by clicking on the 'Remove from my view' button.
