Material Information (Raw Material Composition)

Each material is represented in structured columns rather than comma-separated values.

Important Notes About Column Structure

  • Multi-value fields (e.g. Brands, Seasons, Materials) are split into separate columns instead of being combined into a single comma-separated cell.

  • Columns are generated dynamically. If none of the exported Styles contain a value for a field, that column will not appear.

  • Empty cells indicate that the field exists but is not populated for that specific Style.

How to Export Products

  1. Go to My Styles in the left navigation.

  2. (Optional) Select the products you want to export by ticking the checkboxes in the table.

  3. Click the export icon in the top toolbar.

Selection Logic

  • If you select specific rows → only those selected Styles will be exported.

  • If you do not select any rows → all Styles in the table will be exported.

This allows you to either export a subset or your entire product list.

Confirm Export

After clicking export:

  • A confirmation window will appear showing how many products will be exported.

  • Click “Export products” to proceed.

The export is processed in the background.

Where to Find the File

The export file:

  • Will not open automatically

  • Will not be sent via email

Instead, once processing is complete:

  • The file will be available in the Notifications section

  • You can download it from there
