What are the different options?
Real-time notifications ⏱️
Instant in-app and email alerts and updates as the event occurs, including the status of your claim certificate, shared audits, or assessment updates. This allows you to stay informed and respond immediately.
Daily notifications
Receive your notifications on a daily basis regarding your certificates nearing their expiry date or upcoming planned audits.
Summary emails
Full flexibility on both the frequency and contents of your summary emails. Frequency ranges from daily to annually with several options in between, and selectable contents include claimed certificate statuses, sharing requests, and assessment updates.
💡If real-time notifications are too frequent, we highly suggest using the summary emails option to choose the important activities to stay updated on.
Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Go to your profile by clicking 'My Profile' in the drop-down menu in right-hand corner.
2. Click the 'Settings' tab next to the 'Overview' tab.
3. Scroll down to 'Notifications settings' and toggle on/off the buttons on the right for the respective notification or click '+Add' to select frequency and activities for your summary emails.
