Have you been notified about your certificate claim request being rejected? This article explains what you need to do in such a case.

How to access the rejected certificate?

If your certificate claim request is rejected, you will be notified in the following ways:

  • E-mail notification

  • In-platform dashboard notification

The rejected certificate is accessible via the E-mail or the active task overview in your dashboard. Another option, is to go into the certificate tab of your company profile.


Why has the certificate been rejected?

There are multiple reasons for your certificate claim to be rejected. Those can be:

  1. the given certificate details (such as the scope/license number, issue/expiration date, company name and issuing body) are wrong and do not correspond with the information provided in the attached certificate

  2. the attached certificate/file does not relate to the requested standard

  3. the certificate has been claimed already

  4. BSCI, SEDEX and some report not belong to certificate, should upload under audit tab

  5. the upload certificate is not official certificate, just the confirm letter or some related document

  6. the upload document is broken

If we reject your claim request, we always provide feedback and the reason in the comment history of the claim request:


What to do next?

Correct information and attachments via the pencil icon within the certificate:

Once your claim request has been adapted, click the the save button in bottom right corner:

In case, you would like make any remarks, feel free to add a comment before submitting the request again:

If you couldn't edit the information, like change the company name, revise the certificate type, just archive the wrong one and upload a right one.
