Deleting an origin order

If you've mistakenly created an origin order instead of a purchase order or sales order, don't worry! Just follow these steps to remove it.

  1. First, access your order tracing page and find the origin order.

  2. Click on the connecting line between the company and the origin order:

3. Click the 'Delete Origin Order' button to remove it:

That's it! The origin order is deleted from your overview and the platform.
