Whenever a company has requested access to your supplier network, you will be notified. To respond to such a request, simply click on the respond button in your tasks overview.

You can also respond to a request via the "Network requests" tab in the supplier network overview, which additionally shows a history of all requests of the past. First, click the respond button of the request.

This will take you to the sharing form, which allows you to select companies from your own supplier network that you would like to share with your partner. Simply select all relevant companies and click on the "Share x supplier(s)" button.
