Connecting Retraced to your Identity Provider in just a few steps:
You give us your company domain. Just submit the information to your Customer Success Manager! They will share it with us.
Your Customer Success Manager will then share a link with you to set up your Identity Provider. You can share the link with your IT admin.
For the admin, the setup should take less than 5 minutes. Once done, you can then use the Single Sign On option on our dashboard.
To use SSO, enter your email address on the dashboard login page, click the Single Sign On button, and you're in!
