Why are products/components coupled to facility processes?
To prevent users from selecting the wrong product types in tracing, we have linked both product level and product type to the facility process of a company. For example, if a company is a brand or retailer, it can only select the product level 'Apparel' or 'Accessories'. Or if a company is a raw material trader, it is only able to create raw materials or consumables.
Which products/components can be created by which facility process?
Note that primary facility processes define which products a company can create, while secondary facility processes are the ones that define which components a company can create.
