Manage documents and audits

Learn how to archive, download, and rename your documents and audits.

Archive a document or audit

  1. Go to the ‘My Documents’ or ‘Audits’ tab in the navigation bar respectively.
  2. Select the document(s) or audit(s) you would like to archive via the small boxes between the document number and eye symbol, to the left of the name.
  3. Click on the archive symbol.
  4. A pop up will appear to confirm. Click 'Yes' to successfully archive your selection.

Download a document

  1. Go to the ‘My Documents’ tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Select the document(s) you’d like to download via the small boxes between the document number and eye symbol, to the left of the name.
  3. Click on the download symbol.

Rename a document

  1. Go to the ‘My Documents’ tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Hover over the document you would like to rename.
  3. Click on the pencil button. 
  4. Enter the new file name.
  5. Hit 'Enter' on your keyboard to save.

✏️ Please note that you can only rename documents that your company has uploaded yourself. The file name of documents shared with you by your network partners can only be edited by the original creator.
